NEXT GENERATION KRAV MAGA helps kids get safer, stronger, and smarter. In Next Gen Krav Maga, kids learn practical awareness and self defense skills in a safe but realistic environment. We add fitness drills and CrossFit Kids to maintain their coordination and fitness, and we teach Life Skills to help prepare them to become the next generation of leaders.
STRIKEFIT® BAG CLASS combines heavy bag work with flexibility and functional strength training for a comprehensive conditioning routine. The bag class emphasizes muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. We focus on correct body alignment and how to build strength through basic calisthenics while refining fighting technique through instruction, dynamic drills, drills, and fun bag combinations. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.

MMA PROGRAM – BAS RUTTEN FIGHT CLUB We are an Official Bas Rutten Fight Club, offering stand up, ground, and MMA fighting. Our instructors are certified in the Bas Rutten Fight System. Bas is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and well-known expert and commentator on mixed martial arts. As with all our programs, we seek the best and we offer the best.
